MOBIflip started in 2020 — two roommates, a small flat in Cape Town, and a shared obsession with Apple hardware. What began as a side hustle flipping pre-owned iPhones quickly turned into something bigger.

We saw a gap: South Africans wanted premium Apple devices, but the new-phone price tags didn't fit most budgets, and the second-hand market was full of guesswork. So we built the kind of reseller we'd actually want to buy from — transparent battery health, honest condition grading, real warranty, and proper communication.

Today, MOBIflip ships quality-tested iPhones to customers across the country. We're still hands-on, still hustling, and still answering WhatsApps personally. That part isn't going anywhere.
